.*Mid Winter Wellness Series.*

January 13, 20th, 27th & February 3rd, 2022

The Salmo Valley Youth & Community Centre, through our Community Connections initiative, is very pleased to be offering our first annual Mid Winter Wellness Series. The evening talk and workshop series is set to begin the second week of January 2022.

The theme of the series is re connection with oneself and community.
Four different presenters will deliver a talk and workshop, via zoom, each Thursday evening from Jan 13th until Feb 3rd.
The sessions will provide participants with the opportunity to explore various aspects of themselves; both introspectively and in relation to the world we live in.

We are thrilled to welcome four top notch local professionals as our presenters, Beth Seed, Kimberly Klassen, Carla Stephenson and our own Laurie Mac Donald. Each brings their own creative and insight filled lens to this series, addressing the social issue of disconnection that many experience these days.

Join us via Zoom, from the comfort of your home.
Workshops begin on Thursday January 13th, 2022 and will run each Thursday for a total of 4 weeks ending on February 3rd, 2022.

You can register for individual workshops or the whole series by filling out the registration form, by email info@svycc.ca or phone us 250.357.2320
