About the Class:
This workshop Zoe will offer a circulation warmup, instruction in breath, posture & motion, a couple of simple qigong exercises & the starting moves of the ‘short form’.
Zoe encourages folks to wear soft wide soled shoes if possible and loose clothes that ‘move with you’.
Zoe Anderson has had 20 years experience practicing yang style tai chi, as adapted by Cheng Man-ching, as well as various qigong exercises. She received her instructor’s certificate 15 years ago from Eric Eastman in Nelson B.C.
Zoe lives on the east shore of Kootenay lake where she enjoys doing the forms on the beach in the pearly misted mornings of summer.
