In this workshop, you’ll learn about what affects the health of your gut, how to make impactful modifications, rebalance your microbiota, heal the intestinal lining, and support sustainable, thriving digestive wellness. We will discuss medicinal foods and cooking methods, supplemental strategies, habits/behaviours and lifestyle shifts, all aimed to target digestive healing for a healthy, happy gut long term. Cindy Spratt is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Eating Psychology Counselor & Eating Disorder Recovery Coach specializing in Culinary & Functional Nutrition. Through workshops & teaching, working with kids, individual counsel and retreats, she weaves her areas of expertise by infusing nutritional education with emotional guidance and culinary passion.
