This class is designed to make you sweat and build strength though a combination of HIIT(High intensity interval training), and weight lifting. Each class you will be challenged to complete your WOD (workout of the day) at your own pace, the goal? To see what you are capable of and to amp up your fitness. The class will be led by a certified personal trainer who is there to help you advance safely with proper Technique. Please bring indoor shoes, lots of water, and comfy workout clothing
